A partial payment (non-refundable deposit) of at least 50% or more of the total amount is due before beginning commission work. If the customer isn't satisfied and makes this clear via emailed complaint, within a business week of receiving the completed product, a refund of up to only 50% of the total amount due will be provided if alterations cant be made to fix the issue. The artist (CalixVT) and client must come to an agreement of the amount of 50% or less before a refund will be provided by the artist (CalixVT), not through Paypal services. The only circumstance in which a full refund will be provided is if, the artist (CalixVT) leaves the commission unfinished or decide that the commission through revisions is outside of their skill set. If this is the case then the artist (CalixVT) will provide the refund, NOT Paypal services. Any attempt to attempt to request a refund without following the steps laid out is agreed to be invalid by the customer when agreeing to these terms and no refund will be provided if this is to happen and the customer will be blacklisted from further purchaces.
